The Sep–Oct issue of Interzone is the first in the new format: slightly more compact but with 96 pages, spine, laminated cover. Still full colour throughout and still only £3.95. There are new stories by Ken Liu, Debbie Urbanski, Lavie Tidhar, Priya Sharma, CW Johnson, Karl Bunker. Cover art is 'The Priestess' by Ben Baldwin, and interior illustrations are by Richard Wagner, Mark Pexton, and Warwick Fraser-Coombe. All the usual features are present: Ansible Link by David Langford (news and obits); Mutant Popcorn by Nick Lowe (film reviews); Laser Fodder by Tony Lee (DVD/Blu-ray reviews); book reviews by Jim Steel and the team, including an interview with David Brin.
